THE WHALE DRONE
The use of drones is revolutionizing research on cetaceans. Scientific groups studying the whales present in the St. Lawrence are also developing projects that should provide a better understanding of several little-known facets of the life of these threatened animals.
RELEVÉ MULTI SPECTRALE POUR LA CANNOPÉE LE COUVERT VÉGÉTALE
What characterizes the spectral signature of vegetation is its strong response in the near infrared (NIR). Indeed, a plant with a high production of chlorophyll will reflect more energy coming from the PIR.
Stress caused by a change in nutritional or water intake under a changing climate or by infestation of the tree by parasites causes the spectral response of the plant to vary according to wavelengths. Since vegetation reflects a lot in the near infrared wavelengths, changes in reflectance will therefore be more visible.
Decreased chlorophyll production results in decreased absorption of energy from blue and red wavelengths.
Likewise, a decrease in reflectance caused by the reduction in the emission of energy by chlorophyll to the infrared level reduces the gap between the visible wavelengths, thus leveling the spectral signature of the sheet.
Drone Box is the only Canadian training center certified by the French Directorate General of Civil Aviation to offer a European equivalence program for Canadian drone pilots wishing to obtain international recognition. as well as the preparation in accordance with part 1 ° 7 of the FAA rules
Out of Line of Sight Operations (BVLOS) are designed for precise and defined operational environments. Our experts can obtain clearances for these operations when an operational risk assessment has been carried out to mitigate the risks to people and aircraft sharing that airspace. This allows operators to explore new uses for drones that can take advantage of Canada's vast geography. Drones have the potential to serve remote areas, lower population densities and large pockets of uncontrolled airspace with minimal air traffic.

SLAM: IN THE MINNES
In computational geometry and robotics, simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) is the computational problem of constructing or updating a map of an unknown environment while simultaneously keeping track of an agent's location within it. there are several algorithms known for solving it, at least approximately, in tractable time for certain environments.
ICAO PROJECT : AMBULAR
LX 300 : It’s a tandem rotor helicopter powered with a rotax gasoline engine ( 100 HP)
LX300 : Maximum takeoff weight :330 kg
Payload capacity : 90 kg
Speed : up to 100 kts
Endurance : up to 6 hours
LX 300: A new model is in progress, powered with a diesel engine for marine application, but data are still confidential, but the size is 1,5 per the actual one , and with very upgrade performance.

AUTONOMOUS VS AUTOMATIC FLIGHT:
RPAS pilots are not allowed to operate autonomous RPAS, but automatic RPAS are allowed (ref: RAC 901.32).
When we talk about automation (or autonomous or automatic), it refers to a deterministic system that behaves in a predictable way using predefined rules.
This type of system will always produce the same output with the same set of inputs, despite user errors. An example of this in an RPAS context would be a user plotting a route on the traffic monitoring system and the aircraft following that route on an autopilot while the operator monitors the flight.
